Although being trained in many Counselling and Psychotherapy approaches research has shown that it is the therapeutic relationship established between therapist and client that has the most beneficial influence within therapy rather than theoretical knowledge or technique.

My qualifications are as follows:

Masters of Arts (MA) in Counselling and Psychotherapy Practise – Bath Spa University

Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Therapy – Postgraduate Level -Northbrook College Sussex

Transactional Analysis 101 Certificate – Institute of Transactional Analysis

CPCAB Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills – Northbrook College Sussex

Experience/employment

Elysium Healthcare – The Brighton & Hove Clinic –  Out-patient Clinic and Day Care Addiction Treatment Programme (ATP) – offering 1-1 and Group therapy, family therapy and psycho-educational/creative workshops and groups in relation to addiction and life issues. I also facilitate their family programme offering group therapy and workshops to family members.

I was also an out-patient therapist on the general psychiatry team offering 1-1 therapy to patients with mild to complex mental health issues.
